Flowdeck

What this app does with information on your device, what it sends anywhere, and what you can do about it.

Application: Flowdeck Package: com.sprintloom.flowdeck Publisher: ELEVATE HOUSE LIMITED, trading as PaperNova Atelier Effective date: 18 August 2026

§01 Who we are

Flowdeck is a mobile application published by ELEVATE HOUSE LIMITED, trading as PaperNova Atelier, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Belmont Suite, Paragon Business Park, Chorley New Road, Horwich, Bolton BL6 6HG, United Kingdom. We develop and maintain the app and we are the data controller for any personal data described in this policy.

You can reach us at paper@elevatehouse.world about anything in this document.

§02 The short version

Flowdeck has no accounts, no login and no server. It does not ask for your name, email or phone number. Your boards, cards, tags and quiz results are saved on your own device and nowhere else. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

The sections below give the detail, including the limited technical information that reaches Google because the app is distributed through Google Play.

§03 What you create in the app

Flowdeck stores the content you enter, locally, in the app's private storage area:

You may write personal information into a card — a colleague's name, a private appointment, a health reminder. Because that text never leaves your device, we neither receive it nor process it. Please still treat cards as you would any note on your phone: anyone with access to an unlocked device can read them.

To erase everything, either uninstall the app, or open Android Settings → Apps → Flowdeck → Storage → Clear storage. Clearing storage removes all boards permanently and cannot be undone.

§04 Permissions

Flowdeck requests no runtime permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, location, calendar, call logs or SMS.

Due dates are stored inside the app and are not written to your device calendar, so no calendar access is needed.

If a future version needs a permission in order to deliver a feature, Android will ask you at the moment you use that feature, and this policy will be updated before that version is published.

§05 Third-party services

Flowdeck contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs and no social network integrations. We do not build profiles of users, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or share data with data brokers.

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google separately collects installation, crash and device information under its own terms, which we do not control — see the Google Privacy Policy. Where the app includes Google Play services libraries, those libraries may process technical identifiers such as device model, Android version and an advertising ID for the purposes Google describes. We do not receive that information in a form that identifies you.

§06 Children

Flowdeck is a productivity tool suitable for general audiences, including students. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and because it collects no personal data from any user, it holds none belonging to a child.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information — for example by writing to our support address — contact us and we will delete it.

§07 Support correspondence

If you email us, we hold your message and email address for as long as it takes to deal with your query, and for up to 24 months afterwards so that we can recognise follow-up messages. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support. We do not add your address to any mailing list.

§08 Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction of it, erasure of it, restriction of its processing, and portability, and you may object to processing. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

To exercise any of these, email paper@elevatehouse.world. We respond within one month.

§09 Security

App data lives in Android's app-private sandbox, isolated from other applications. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no data in transit for us to protect and no database of ours that could be breached. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to the limited information we do handle, though no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

§10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes or when the law requires it. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. If a future release starts collecting information that this version does not describe, we will publish the updated policy before that release goes live.
